The Human Rights Policy formalizes and embodies Alestis' position with respect to its commitment to internationally and nationally recognized labor and non-labor human rights.
In addition to the E&C Policy and the Code of Ethics, Alestis has "subpolicies" that specifically reflect its principles of action in specific areas. For example, the Human Rights Sub-Policy was adopted in 2020 and the Anti-Corruption and Conflict Minerals Sub-Policies in 2022.
