In terms of security and licensing, during 2022, more than 134 security events were satisfactorily managed with users and systems, related to system vulnerabilities, access legitimization, server service installation, attacks from untrusted networks, malicious email blocking and continuous work on user training in the event of phishing attempts.

This year saw the start of the renewal of the cybersecurity project, extending the scope of action to include the production network environment. This adaptation process will continue during 2023 with the aim of completing the adaptation process for compliance with ISO 27001.

The organization is committed to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to allow people to dedicate themselves to tasks and processes in which they can contribute their differential value.

In terms of infrastructure and communications, the main advances during 2022 were:

1. KOFAX

Upgrade of the KOFAX invoice scanning service.

2. ARSA Project

ARSA project implementation for the access integration to servers and SAP Alestis-Aciturri service by the PRL and Environment team.

3. Migration

Migration of the virtual infrastructure in Vitoria-Gasteiz facility.

4. Host Check Control

Implementation of the Host Check control in VPN clients: a control is implemented for the use of VPN clients, ensuring that VPN connections are established from a corporate computer in which all the security measures estimated by the IT department are applied.

5. MTORRES Network

MTORRES Network design and programs upload services.

6. SCP

Internal development of the Alestis program loading service (SCP).

Regarding the helpdesk, in 2022 the service level agreements for incident response were improved, going from a resolution time of 29,396.7 minutes in 2021 to 20,164 minutes in 2022, with 559 more incidents being solved in 2022 (8,875 in 2021, 9,434 in 2022).

Work has been carried out on the creation of a database for equipment stock control following the evolution to an IT equipment leasing model, and the GLPI tool has been developed for the request for proposal process in General Purchasing and Logistics, and the application of the "Approvals" application in Teams® for the automation of the awarding process as a closure of the process.

This year, the renewal of the cybersecurity project has begun, expanding the scope of action to include the production network environment.

Digitalization

In terms of digitalization, the organization is committed to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to allow people to dedicate themselves to tasks and processes in which they can contribute their differential value. This technology consists on the use of software (bot) to automate repetitive digital tasks, which are perfectly systematized, through standard workflows. Along these lines, numerous projects have been implemented during 2022: RPA HNC SAP Upload, RPA Expense Orders, RPA MOD Training Surveys, RPA Weekly Reports and RPA Supplier Orders.

In August 2022, the Alestis Aerospace SAP team completed the internal project to upgrade the systems to the EHP8 version, reaching with this upgrade the maximum upgrade level for our ERP version: ECC 6.0, which guarantees greater stability, performance and security, as well as login integration with the active directory.

In addition, the integration of the logistics flow in SAP for the reception of parts kits from suppliers, based on assembly requirements, has been completed.

The Polaris project also continues to make progress in terms of production management. This platform integrates proximity and big data technologies, to improve the daily routine in operations, and its paperless system, which involves the elimination of paper and the complete digitalization of information.
