Alestis' Environmental Management System includes everything related to the protection of biodiversity within the context analysis process.

Of all the plants located in Spain, the Puerto Real facility is particularly relevant because it is located in the vicinity of the Isla de Trocadero Natural Site, a marsh that is part of the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park with high ecological and naturalistic value, with communities of crustaceans, molluscs, fish and birds.
