During 2022, Alestis has been working with subcontractors in Spain, whose personnel have been performing a service at the Alestis Aerospace facilities. Specifically, the cleaning service (with a scope of work equivalent to 12 people) and the aeronautical assembly service in Getafe, which ends in July 2022, date from which the total of 20 people who were providing the service will join the company's workforce.

For its part, Alestis do Brasil has 5 people employed by the kitchen service provider (a nutritionist, a cook and 3 assistants), as well as security services (five doormen) and cleaning and maintenance services (a cleaning leader and six assistants).

Alestis has legally constituted workers' representation in all work sites, both in Spain and in Brazil, as well as trade union representation through the trade union sections.

There are currently 6 workers' committees at the facilities and 2 trade union sections at the company level. The total number of legal representatives of employees is 55. Alestis organises labour relations and social dialogue in the facilities themselves through the people designated by the company for this purpose, holding not only the regular quarterly meetings stipulated by law, but also all those necessary for the proper maintenance of social dialogue.

In particular, the national collective agreement specifically develops aspects relating to health and safety at work in article 74 and subsequent articles, highlighting as relevant aspects the measures for workers who are especially sensitive to certain risks, measures relating to work clothes and PPE, health surveillance, safe workplaces, maintenance of equipment from the perspective of the health and safety of workers, and specific regulation of operations involving the handling of loads.

For its part, the collective agreement for the engineering and technical studies sector contains specific measures relating to work on screens.

At Alestis do Brasil there is no collective agreement in force, so it applies the labour legislation (CLT) to 100% of the workforce. Negotiations and dialogues concerning the company are conducted directly between management and employees. In cases of collective bargaining, negotiations take place between the union, the company and the employees.
